IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If the vehicle key is lost, damaged, or not returned, the customer will be charged a €200 replacement fee. This fee covers the cost of key replacement and any related administrative expenses.

The vehicle is strictly not allowed to be driven to Lake Bovilla, Lake Koman, or on damaged/off-road roads. If the vehicle is used in these areas or on poor road conditions, the customer will be charged an €80 inspection fee.

Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. If smoking is detected, the customer will be charged a €110 cleaning fee.

CANCELLATION

Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the rental start time to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start time are non-refundable.

If the renter does not appear at the scheduled pickup time (no-show), the reservation will be considered cancelled and no refund will be issued.
