By using the services of Car Rental Olympia, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation or completing a payment on our website.

1. Reservations

Reservations can be made through our website or by contacting us directly.

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by Car Rental Olympia.

To complete a reservation, the renter must provide accurate personal information, including a valid identification document and a valid driver’s license.

Car Rental Olympia reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation if the provided information is incomplete, incorrect, or does not meet rental requirements.

2. Rental Requirements

The renter must hold a valid driver’s license that has been issued for at least the minimum period required by law.

The renter must comply with all legal driving requirements applicable in the Republic of Albania.

Additional drivers must also provide valid documentation and may be subject to additional charges.

3. Payments

Payments may be required in advance through our website or at the time of vehicle pickup.

We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard.

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may include taxes unless otherwise stated.

Car Rental Olympia reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice. However, confirmed reservations will always honor the price agreed at the time of booking.

4. Card Payments & Authorization

All online payments are processed through secure and certified payment service providers.

Card transactions require authorization from the issuing bank.

If a transaction is declined or cannot be authorized, the reservation will not be confirmed.

Car Rental Olympia may request additional identity verification or documentation to prevent fraud or unauthorized transactions.

Depending on the vehicle category, a security deposit may be required at the time of vehicle pickup.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the rental start time to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start time are non-refundable.

If the renter does not appear at the scheduled pickup time (no-show), the reservation will be considered cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date of the transaction.

Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the policies of the customer’s bank.

6. Vehicle Use and Renter Responsibilities

The renter is fully responsible for the vehicle during the rental period.

The renter agrees to:

• Operate the vehicle in accordance with all traffic laws and regulations.

• Not use the vehicle for illegal activities.

• Not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle.

• Return the vehicle at the agreed time and location.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. A cleaning fee may be charged if this policy is violated.
• The vehicle must not be driven on unpaved, damaged, or off-road surfaces unless explicitly authorized by Car Rental Olympia.

Any damage, fines, penalties, toll charges, or traffic violations incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter.

Additional charges may apply for late returns or misuse of the vehicle.

7. Insurance and Liability

Vehicles may include basic insurance coverage as defined by local regulations.

Additional insurance options may be available depending on the vehicle category.

Car Rental Olympia shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, travel disruptions, or personal inconvenience resulting from the use of our services.

Liability limitations apply except where prohibited by applicable law.

8. Website Use

Users agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.

Any misuse of the website, including fraudulent reservations or unauthorized payment attempts, may result in cancellation of reservations and possible legal action.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania.

Any disputes arising from the use of Car Rental Olympia services shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Albania.
